State Duma Speaker Volodin said that those registered with the military are prohibited from traveling abroad

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin said that citizens who are registered with the military are prohibited from leaving their place of residence, including abroad, without the permission of the military commissariats. He announced this in his Telegram channel.

“I draw your attention, according to the 31-FZ “On mobilization training and mobilization in the Russian Federation”, citizens registered with the military, from the moment the mobilization is announced, are prohibited from leaving their place of residence without the permission of the military commissariats (Article 21),” the speaker wrote.

The day before, Volodin said that lists of those who leave the country are being compiled at the Russian border. He also suggested discussing the transfer of cars left at the border by those who leave Russia to the families of participants in a special military operation in Ukraine.

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in the country, a corresponding decree was signed on the same day. According to the head of state, within the framework of partial mobilization, only citizens from the reserve will be subject to conscription, primarily those who have experience.
