According to him, the militants of the nationalist formation of civilians who are loyal to Russia are subjected to physical violence. In addition, they seize money, valuables and personal cars, allegedly for the needs of territorial defense, while the funds from the sale of the seized property are appropriated by the commanders of the units.

“Such actions by Ukrainian neo-Nazis are acts of terror against their own population and war crimes without a statute of limitations, and officials of the Kyiv regime and direct perpetrators are war criminals and terrorists,” Mizintsev said.

On May 26, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced the appearance of new witnesses and evidence in a criminal case on secret prisons of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Donbass. Within the walls of the building in which the prison was located, those who expressed disagreement with the actions of the Ukrainian authorities were kept and subjected to ill-treatment, he specified.

Earlier, on May 20, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that in Gulyaipole, Zaporozhye region, militants of Ukrainian nationalist formations and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were carrying out looting raids in residential areas. They forcibly take money, valuables and personal cars from civilians, allegedly for defense purposes, as well as beat them and accuse them of pro-Russian views. added to the department.
