“Such actions by Ukrainian neo-Nazis are acts of terror against their own population and war crimes without a statute of limitations, and officials of the Kyiv regime and direct perpetrators are war criminals and terrorists,” Mizintsev said.
On May 26, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced the appearance of new witnesses and evidence in a criminal case on secret prisons of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Donbass.
