The work of the “grain corridor” will continue after November 22

Infrastructure Minister Alexander Kubrakov, during a meeting with the Turkish Defense Minister, assured that the “grain initiative” would continue after November 22.

This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on Facebook.

“The parties participating in the “Initiative” – the UN, Turkey and Ukraine, expressed their readiness to extend its validity and assured that maximum efforts will be made for its successful implementation. At the moment, there is no doubt that the work of the “grain corridor” will continue after November 22,” the minister noted.

Since the launch and so far, more than 7.7 million tons of agricultural products have already been exported, which has already stabilized food prices and counteracts the threat of global hunger.

We add that Alexander Kubrakov was a signatory of the initiative on the safe transportation of grain and food products from the Ukrainian ports of Odessa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny, which is valid until November 22, 2022.
