Developers of software for online poker have announced their exit from the Russian market

The company Connective Games, which develops special gaming software, including for online poker platforms, has announced that it will stop its work in the Russian Federation. The company stressed that the decision is “not easy” for them, but they must take into account all financial risks and keep their core assets intact.

The company itself is based in Malta with studios in Armenia, Turkey and Serbia. In the Russian Federation, the company had a studio in the city of Tomsk, which will now be completely closed.

The company’s decision, although belated, is quite logical, because more and more companies, which are one way or another related to the gambling business, are running away from the Russian gambling market. Yes, the largest poker room in the world, PokerStars, announced its exit from the Russian market earlier. A similar step was taken by 888Poker, Guts Poker, Netbet Poker, William Hill, Bet365 Poker and many others.
