Belarus introduces regime of “counter-terrorist operation”

Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei said that the country is introducing a “counter-terrorist operation” because of the alleged threat from neighboring countries.

Direct speech: “Indeed, there was information that some neighboring states were planning provocations, almost related to the seizure of certain sections of the territory of Belarus.”
Recall: The Belarusian media reported that the self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko decided to carry out covert mobilization.
