Dead and Company, ACM Awards lead this week’s virtual music lineup

It’s a good week to be alive if you’re a Grateful Dead fan, especially in the streaming universe. The alumni band Dead and Company, preparing for what it says will be its final tour, live streams a special show at 7 p.m. Monday, May 8, at Cornell University to benefit MusiCares and Cornell’s 2030 Project for climate control solutions. The show takes place in Barton Hall, the site of a legendary Grateful Dead concert on the same date in 1977. Tickets via nugs.net.
