It’s not every day that a famous child star turns 33, so Emma Watson took the opportunity to give everyone a really big life update. The notoriously private actress offered an inside peek into her 33rd year with a long caption and a lot of cool pics from her Prada campaign.

The Harry Potter star dropped a ton of the shots on Instagram in separate posts, and she is certainly looking all dolled up, strong, and glowy in her Prada gear. First, there’s a shot of Emma in a chic, V-neck Prada crop top paired with slouchy shorts. The look totally showcases her strong abs and super toned legs. Here’s a peek:

“This is 33. Holy moly,” she wrote in the caption. “I stepped away from my life – I learned to surf (badly),🏄‍♀️ I rode some horses (🏇that went better), I did a lot of therapy (YESS 💪😍 therapy!). My brother and I joined forces @renaisspirits. I adopted Sofia in Mexico, who seems to be an angel not a dog 👼. We filmed a Harry Potter reunion … I started a women’s environmental investment fund 📈. I played Pickleball with @sugarrayleonard and I even played golf and then tried to make all of my girlfriends learn too.”

In the long caption, Emma revealed that she now has her daily health and wellness routines down. “It took me three years but I have finally figured out a daily practice and can actually keep it for more than a few days in a row,” she continued. “I burned some things down 🏙🔥🧯 . I eat green things now 🌱 ! … Today I feel 🦋🦋🦋🦋.”

Emma is notoriously private and she hasn’t shared many details about her workout routines lately. However, Delish reports that the star used to work with trainer Emily Drew, doing 30-minute sessions that were filled with lots of stretching and strength training. They also did stability ball moves like oblique rolls and ball passes.

When she’s not sweating it out at the gym, Emma is big into yoga—in fact, she’s a certified yoga instructor. She told Elle Australia that her yoga practice just makes her feel good. “I was like, ‘I need to find a way to always feel safe and at home within myself,” she said. “Because I can never rely on a physical place.”

Emma takes care of her mental health, too. In 2019, she told Glamour UK that she went to therapy to help her deal with her Harry Potter fame. “I’ve sat in therapy and felt really guilty about it,” she said. “I’m like why me, somebody else would have enjoyed and wanted this aspect of it more than I did. And I’ve struggled a lot with the guilt around that. I’m like, I should be enjoying this a lot more, I should be more excited and I’m actually really struggling.”

Of course, good mental health is always bolstered by a strong community, and Emma’s birthday post definitely celebrates the strong women in her life. She told Glamour that she’s just fine being single. “I never believed the whole ‘I’m happy single’ spiel,” she said. “I was like, ‘This is totally spiel.’ It took me a long time, but I’m very happy [being single]. I call it being self-partnered.”
