And on Thursday, the reality TV star treated fans to more snaps from her fun-filled soiree at a vintage arcade and bowling alley in Los Angeles.
Donning a ‘Birthday Girl’ headband, Kourtney was photographed licking the frosting off a yummy cake slice before kicking back on a lane with hubby Travis Barker, 46.
The Poosh founder’s slideshow kicked off with a sweet snap of her and her youngest son Reign, eight, blowing out the candles on her cake.
In the next shot, Kourtney’s little sister Khloe can be seen carrying the 5foot1inch lady in her arms in the middle of the bowling alley.

Meanwhile, Khloe, 39, modeled very distressed jeans and a stylish button-up white shirt.
Kourtney then planted a cheek kiss on her darling daughter Penelope, 10.
She shares Reign, Penelope and 13-year-old Mason with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, who did not appear to be present at the birthday gathering.
But Kourtney’s husband Travis was out in full force and eagerly packed on the PDA in the lanes.
One photo shows the Blink-182 rocker, 46, gawking over Kourtney’s curvaceous figure as they laid beside one another.
Next, Kourtney cozied up to her mom Kris Jenner, who wowed the crowed in a white patterned suit and her signature raven pixie cut.
Kourtney’s sister Kim Kardashian, 42, was also present.
The 42-year-old SKIMS founder had a paper in front of her as she addressed partygoers with the birthday girl directly beside her.

Earlier in the day, she shared snaps from her romantic getaway to Santa Barbara in celebration of her age milestone.
From a rose petal-strewn bedroom to a decadent chocolate cake, Kourtney and her husband Travis were living in the lap of luxury as they celebrated her special day at the A-list approved San Ysidro Ranch.
Kourtney share photos from the idyllic trip to her Instagram account, captioning it, ‘Feeling so overwhelmed with gratitude for all the birthday love and wishes. Turning 44 was a dream.’
The post started off with a photo of their bedroom, looking oh-so romantic with rose petals scattered on the floor and bed.
In the next post, Kourtney blew out the candles to her decadent chocolate cake topped off with berries.
The blonde beauty flashed a smile once she extinguished the three candles and rested back into her chair.
While at the resort, she was also surprised with a mariachi band who serenaded her happy birthday at her front door.
‘Woke up from my birthday nap to this surprise,’ Kourtney wrote in video capturing their performance.
The reality star was pleasantly surprised by the sight of the band, and beamed with happiness towards the camera as they sang to her.
She also showed off the elaborate display of flowers and balloons given to her by her children.
Kourtney was greeted with a massive display of colorful tulips sitting beneath a balloons reading ‘Happy Birthday Mom Love MPR’.
They appeared to be decorating her home in Los Angeles.
Kourtney, who turned 44 on April 18, was showered with messages of love from her family as she celebrated her birthday on Tuesday.
Travis shared several recent images with his new wife to Instagram, one that saw them in bed together. And the rocker added a gushy caption that professed his undying love for the petite wonder.
