Olivia Rodrigo ‘excited’ to unveil 2024 world tour with 3 Texas stops – Beaumont Enterprise

Olivia Rodrigo’s 57-date arena world tour includes three Texas stops. Registration for access to tickets is open.

“’GUTS’ world tour is coming in 2024!!!” Rodrigo wrote Wednesday on Instagram. The tour is set to kick off on Feb. 23 in California.

The 20-year-old singer-songwriter is slated to perform on Feb. 27 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Feb. 28 at the Moody Center in Austin and March 1 at the American Airlines enter in Dallas. She is expected to be joined by musical artists Remi Wolf, Chappell Roan, PinkPantheress and The Breeders on select dates. The musician varies by location. Chappell Roan is scheduled to open for Rodrigo in Texas, according to Live Nation Entertainment in a Wednesday press release.

“Olivia Rodrigo is bringing me on to open her ‘GUTS’ U.S. Tour!!!” Pop artist Chappell Roan wrote Wednesday. “Thank you for asking me I am very honored. I adore you and the community that surrounds your project. I can’t wait.”

The tour announcement Wednesday followed the release last week of Rodrigo’s highly anticipated and critically celebrated sophomore album, “GUTS.” It also came a day after she performed at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Rodrigo at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. The tour announcement Wednesday followed the release last week of her highly anticipated and critically celebrated sophomore album, “GUTS.”

Rodrigo is scheduled to perform in most major cities in North America and Europe before returning stateside and closing out with two nights at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles County that August.

Registration for access to tickets runs from Tuesday to 10 p.m. Sunday on Rodrigo’s website. She will also sell a limited number of $20 (or the local currency equivalent, plus taxes and applicable fees) Silver Star Tickets in an attempt to make attending her concert more affordable. Those must be purchased in pairs, with a limit of two per purchase, and will allot seats next to one another.

Standard tickets will range from $49.50 to $199.50 (plus taxes and fees) in the United States, according to Live Nation.
