The blonde beauty – who revealed she was expecting baby number two in March – shared the news of their son’s arrival via Instagram on Saturday, where she revealed his unique name and birthdate.
‘MESSER RHYS CLARK, born at 12:04 am on September 7th, 7 lbs 14 oz, 19.5 inches,’ the mother-of-two wrote. ‘We love him so much already, send prayers Hartford doesn’t terrorize him.’
The reality TV fixture, 35, included photos from the delivery room — one of which showed her cradling the newborn in bed. Beau could be seen leaning over his wife and child in the heartwarming snap.
Next, Stassi gave her 3.1million followers a closer look at Messer’s face as he remained swaddled in a blanket with a striped cap on his head.
The final shot shows Stassi and Beau’s daughter Hartford Charlie Rose, two, meeting her new sibling for the first time.
Stassi also took to her Instagram stories to give her fans a closer glimpse of their new little bundle of joy.
In one adorable family snap, the TV personality could be seen sitting on her hospital bed while joined by Beau as well as their daughter as they lovingly looked at Messer who was gently propped up on a pillow.
She added text towards the bottom of the picture, and typed out to her 3.1 million followers, ‘Everything I’ve ever wanted.’
Schroeder also included an image of Hartford flashing an excited smile towards the camera while she met her little brother. The mother of two added three crying face emojis in response to the sweet moment.
The reality star shared another snap as she held a smile while lovingly cradling her baby boy.
She then revealed to her fans, ‘Went into labor right after we picked Hartford up from her first day of school.’
Not long after announcing the birth of her second child and revealing his unique name, Stassi also took to her Instagram stories to explain the special meaning behind Messer.
‘Messer Rhys Clark. “Messer” is an old (like during the renaissance type of old) Italian form of address which would be the equivalent of something like “signore,” “sir,” or “mister.”
Just days before welcoming Messer, Stassi gave an update to her fans and followers on Monday as she showcased her burgeoning bump wearing a black top as well as black bottoms.
She snapped a quick mirror selfie and penned, ‘Held this baby in for a September sapphire. Then spent the weekend trying to induce labor naturally.’
‘Now that the weekend window has passed, I’m trying to hold this baby in again, because I will die and legit be devastated if I can’t bring Hartford to her first day of school this week.’
The star added, ‘Attempting to time this baby is like solving the freaking Pythagorean theorem. Okay I feel chaotic. Good morning.’
Much to Stassi’s relief, she went into labor after picking up her daughter from her first day of school and was able to not miss the memorable moment.
Stassi announced that she was expecting baby number two earlier this year in March by showing off her growing baby bump while sitting on a coach with Hartford.
The TV personality penned in the caption, ‘Secrets stress me out. Baby #2, I love you so much already.’
At the time, social media users jumped to the comment section to express their excitement and congratulations, such as Khloe Kardashian, who added a slew of red heart emojis.
Stassi celebrated her appearance on the cover of Mini Magazine which dropped in July for the summer issue, and her daughter also joined in, making it her first magazine cover.
She opened up about motherhood while talking to the outlet, and also discussed her feelings about having a boy.
‘I didn’t have any feelings about gender before we found out, but I have been ridiculously excited about having a boy because everyone says they love their mamas so much.’
‘Hartford is such as a daddy’s girl that I’m often the one left out, but I always joke that with my son, I’ll hopefully get to be the favorite in out home.’
In regards to raising a family with her husband and casting agent, Beau, the star expressed, ‘I couldn’t imagine a better teammate throughout all of this.’
‘Besides being aligned in what we value and prioritize, we just instinctively know when the other person needs a break or help and that’s when the other operates at a higher percentage.’
Last month, Stassi and Beau hit a bump in the road when their nursery for Messer was damaged due to heavy rain from Hurricane Hilary.
She filmed footage inside of their $1.7 million Hollywood Hills home as water poured through a light fixture on the ceiling.
‘And I was having anxiety about getting the blinds and curtains done in time. My hormones have me legit sobbing right now. Our nursery,’ she emotionally penned.
Stassi also showed her followers sopping towels that were placed on the floor to help soak up some of the water. Beau also showed some of the damage on social media and asked for contractor recommendations.
However, the star soon begun repairs on the nursery and uploaded an image that was also shared by her husband on Instagram. Blue tape could be seen scattered on the white walls and ceiling as a worker assessed on the some of the damage.
The TV personality, who was only weeks away from welcoming her second child, added three finger-crossing emojis over the snap to stay positive.
