InAU proposes a bill on the introduction of liability for violations of access legislation

NAU proposed legislative changes in the field of access to telecommunications infrastructure to introduce administrative liability for violations of the law by the owners of infrastructure.
Article proposals prepared by InAU were sent to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Culture: Letter № 48 / 1-2 dated 30.05.2022 of the Verkhovna Rada and the Ministry of Culture on proposals to strengthen liability in case of violation of the law by owners (owners) of access infrastructure.
InAU asks these structures, which are the subjects of the legislative initiative, to register the bill with the proposed amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Law on Access.
The InAU initiative is designed to protect the rights of operators and providers, who today can only use the judicial mechanism in case of violations of the law on access by infrastructure owners.
