Music rang through Coleman Junior/Senior High School during the seventh annual Variety Show on Saturday night.
Organizer Roxy Smith said the event helps fund the fireworks that will fill the sky during the Dec. 9 Coleman Christmas parade, which is themed “A Storybook Christmas” this year. The variety show and collecting pop cans are the only money-making projects to fund the fireworks.
The school was filled with about 100 silent auction items, in addition to door prizes and live entertainment.
Show sponsors include Coleman Community Schools, Coleman Family Center and the Holiday Parade Committee. The school is located at 4951 N. Lewis Road.
