Jimmy Buffett Gets Tributes From Paul McCartney, Viola Davis & More After His Passing
Jimmy Buffett sadly lost his battle with skin cancer over the weekend.
The legendary singer was 76 when he passed away, surrounded by his friends and family.
“Jimmy passed away peacefully on the night of September 1st surrounded by his family, friends, music and dogs,” a statement posted on his official website read. “He lived his life like a song till the very last breath and will be missed beyond measure by so many.”
Following Jimmy‘s passing, many musicians and celebrities have paid tribute to him online including Paul McCartney, Alan Jackson, and even President Joe Biden.
