Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kim Zolciak and husband Kroy Biermann are being sued after the struggling couple defaulted on a home line of credit.

The Bravo couple – who already owe the IRS $1.1M – defaulted on a Home Equity Line of Credit for their five-bedroom, six-bathroom Alpharetta, Georgia McMansion, and now owe Landmark Community Bank more than $217,000.

Simmons Bank, which acquired Landmark earlier this year, filed the lawsuit in Fulton County state court last Wednesday seeking $213,611.27 plus interest at $1,705.45 as well as foreclosure fees of $2,071.57 and per diem charges of $55.03.

Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 37, who recently called off their divorce, bought the mansion in 2012 for $880,000 and received a $300,000 line of credit.

The bank arranged a 20-year payment plan with the couple in 2018 for the remaining $271,788.61 at $1,132.46 a month. They continued to make monthly payments until October 2022, according to AJC.

Zolciak first became a public figure in 2008, when Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta premiered.

She was an original member of the cast and was later awarded her own spin-off series, Don’t Be Tardy, by the network, which ran for eight seasons.

Zolciak met Biermann, a former NFL player, in 2010 during a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event raising money for Alzheimer’s disease.

The couple called off their contentious divorce last week and are reportedly giving their marriage a second try.

Zolciak filed to dismiss her divorce filing against the athlete last Friday, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The feelings appear to be mutual, as sources close to the couple shared that Kroy plans to file his own paperwork to dismiss his divorce petition.

Aside from relationship problems, the couple has had their fare share of financial struggles in the past.

This isn’t the first time the couple has had issues relating to the house, which is now priced at $3 million on Zillow.

The bank had foreclosed on the home earlier this year but the couple agreed to a financial agreement that allowed them to keep the home back in February.

TMZ had reported that her and husband home was officially in foreclosure and would be up for a public auction on March 7.

Truist Bank has been asked to deal with the foreclosure of the house, and action had reportedly begun to take place back in August when the couple defaulted on their $1.65 million mortgage.

At the time she was ‘telling everyone’ that the foreclosure ‘is a misunderstanding’ and that it ‘is being sorted out,’ according to People.

The lavish estate has been featured on both the Real Housewives and Kim’s own reality show titled, Don’t Be Tardy, which aired for a total of eight seasons.

‘My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,’ said a clearly upset Kim in her video.

She didn’t appear in the short clip, and instead gave her 3.3 million Instagram followers a brief tour of her home and its grand staircase.

Kim also claimed that she wasn’t planning on leaving the luxurious home until she was ready to.

‘So, what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday, and I’m here for all those amazing dates?’ she asked combatively. ‘I’m here until I f***ing want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.’

As she finished showing off a portion of her home, she added, ‘So enjoy the view, haters, ’cause you’re going to be seeing it for quite some time.’
