Mirchi Music Awards 2023 Celebrates India s Musical Excellence – Filmfare

The Mirchi Music Awards 2023 witnessed a spectacular evening of music and entertainment, celebrating the exceptional talent and creativity within the Indian music industry. Hosted by Mirchi RJ Prerna, the event showcased the achievements of renowned musicians, composers and artists. Notable personalities including Sajid Khan, Anup Jalota, Bhoomi Trivedi, Shilpa Rao, Raghav Sachar and Ila Arun graced the star-studded affair at Taj Santacruz in Mumbai.
Indian singing sensation Shalmali Kholgade and popular music composer and singer Shashwat Singh mesmerised the audience with their electrifying performances, adding a vibrant energy to the event. The 15th Mirchi Music Awards recognised outstanding accomplishments across various musical categories, with Brahmastra”s Kesariya clinching multiple awards, including Song of the Year, Best Male Vocalist, and Best Female Vocalist.
The esteemed jury, featuring prominent names such as filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, choreographer and producer Ahmad Khan, singers Alka Yagnik and Kavita Krishnamurthy, among others, played a crucial role in acknowledging and celebrating the diverse musical landscape of Indian cinema. Yatish Mehrishi, CEO of ENIL (Mirchi), emphasised the event”s commitment to honouring India”s musical richness and supporting artists nationwide.
