“These incidents show that there are individuals or groups of individuals that are actively seeking to harm the defendant,” the filing states.

Quando Rondo, whose real name is Tyquian Bowman, was arrested in June on charges he violated Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism Act but was granted bond so he could continue working.

The District Attorney’s Office is trying to have that bond modified to keep him from entering Chatham County, saying his presence poses a danger to the citizens.

“These incidents show that there are individuals or groups of individuals that are actively seeking to harm the defendant,” the filing states. “The assailants have time and again indicated that they have no respect for the lives of other humans, including members of the Chatham County Community.”
