Florida Highway Patrol also cited him for not having proof of insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle. A court appearance was required due to the excessive speed citation.Hernandez did not attend his arraignment, resulting in the warrant. He was subsequently released after posting a $2000 bond. Hernandez is now back in the Palm Beach County jail with no additional charges. He was also issued traffic citations for Wednesday’s traffic violations.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was driving in the Homeland equestrian community around 7:30 p.m. when Palm Beach County deputies, conducting traffic enforcement, noticed a Hernandez’s vehicle without a license tag.
