Fans flocked to the first day of the Sterlingfest Art & Music Fair in Sterling Heights under warm conditions Thursday and more hot times were endured Friday.

But Saturday, the final day, should see the best weather of the festival, following two days of high humidity and temperatures in the upper 80s or even 90s.

According to accuweather.com, the highs are expected to reach into the lower 80s or upper 70s.

The festival features live entertainment, an art fair, vendors show, amusement rides, and plenty of food and beverages was scheduled to be capped off by a colorful fireworks display at Dodge Park.

Macomb County’s largest free music festival typically attracts 150,000 guests.

Friday’s musical main event was to be Steven Adler, formerly of Guns N’ Roses, while classic rocker Ann Wilson of Heart will close out the event Saturday. The lineup features about two dozen pop, rock, jazz and blues bands, and children’s entertainment on four stages.
